This error happens exactly after downloading GTA 5 on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. I was lucky I didn’t have to wait all day for the game to download and install but, this is the first ever time I’ve encountered this error.

If that doesn’t work make sure you use this video tutorial on how to replace the .dll file, then maybe restart your computer after thats finished and try the game out after that!.

The game launched just after I installed the DirectX End User Runtime, so I was very lucky. I don’t think I even restarted my computer after installing this, which I should of.
