This is a question that many people may ask if they have not moved onto wireless headphones yet. I myself, was very skeptical when the first wireless headphones came out. they were a bit bulky. Now they’re a bit smaller. But I just knew I’d feel weird with two earbuds in my ears and no wires. So, for many years I stuck with the wired headphones. They were my everything.

My advice to you… is:
If you have a friend that can lend you a pair of wireless headphones for a couple minutes to try out, I’d definitely ask a friend right away. Do not hesitate to do this. This will save you a lot of money. Anyways, here’s my story. For the longest time I used wired headphones, specifically the Apple ear buds that came with the iPod or iPhone. And one day I noticed a review on Youtube by the one and only Unbox Therapy guy. Of course, these were a huge item to buy on Amazon, and they were wireless earbuds (with an ear brace on them) and they are called the Mpow Flames.
I tried them out after purchasing them for $30 on Amazon. Went for a run after charging them and guess what?. The sound skips while running!. Well, I wasn’t very happy then. What are we going back in time to the days where we used “Walkmen CD players” that would skip if you ran too much, then would scratch the CD your listening to as well?. No, I realized this was probably just a fault of these lousy $30 pair of headphones. Don’t ever buy the Mpow Flame by the way.
Fast forward about 6 months, and I realize I seriously need to think about going for walks and eating right again. I’m overweight at the moment. Well, I kept eye balling these nice headphones at work, during my travels. They are the Powerbeats by Dr. Dre (which is now owned by Apple as of 2015). So I looked in the glass for the longest time… thinking, will they skip if I try them on?. Well, they went down in price one day and, there was only 1 pair left.
So I bought them, and waited until I got home to do a review of them on my channel. (As of writing this article, that video doesnt exist yet but it might be up now so check out our Youtube channel and search for it because it’s probably there). I honestly charged the Powerbeats (while plugged into my computer for a few hours), and then paired them with my Samsung Galaxy S9 to see if they would work.
I walked around my apartment, tried jumping up and down a few times, and did all of this while my phone was in my pocket. To my suprise, no skipping, awesome sound quality, and last but not least, the headphones have a freaking Lightning port on the side for charging!. These headphones work great, and are the closest thing to making wireless headphones a reality for jogging. Anyways, incase you haven’t tried wireless headphones yet, make sure the ones your trying are high quality, and also make sure your phone has music on it so you can test them out. Find a friend, do it now, you won’t regret it. That’s all I have to say about wireless headphones and now I am signing out, I salute you. Thanks for reading.
