The Mpow Flame is the first pair of headphones that I ever reviewed, and it was the first time I had seen a pair of Bluetooth headphones going for only $30 on Amazon. Unbox Therapy did a review on these headphones and concluded that it was well worth the money. You can watch that video here. So I bought them, and tried them out. They have a Micro USB charger, and charge in an average amount of time. I honestly didn’t pay attention because I charge my Tech while I sleep. After a nights sleep, I went for a walk with them, and they sounded about average. The thing that got me the most was the fact that they skipped here and there. I thought maybe they were cheap and did this because they were cheap headphones. So I waited until it was the right time to buy another pair of Bluetooth headphones to see if something else would make a difference.
Powerbeats by Dr. Dre.
So I bought these headphones on Clearance at guess where?, Wall-Mart. Thought that spending $150 on wireless headphones for jogging would make a difference. I have yet to see if the iPhone 8 paired with these headphones will make a difference. But these, paired with the Galaxy S9 by Samsung, was still a bit choppy. Moving the headphones in an out of your pocket will make the signal skip, causing the music to skip. I don’t know if this will ever be resolved. It was worth a try though. I will try to update this article after trying the iPhone 8 256GB with these headphones to see if they skip. Wish me luck. Thanks for reading. Cheers.
