This is probably the easiest tutorial I’ve ever written, and when I fixed this problem for my step dad on his computer with Windows 10, I tried to show him how easy it was to switch the taskbar back to the original spot, he was excited that I fixed it but, confused on how I did it. So, read my tutorial below the image below.
Basically, all you need to do is, just move your cursor over the blank space on the taskbar itself, so yes, move your cursor overtop of the black bar where there isn’t anything else, left click and hold the taskbar until your cursor is where you want the taskbar. So if you want your taskbar on the bottom of the page, simply drag the taskbar down there. It’s so easy, a chimp could do it.
