Is it even possible to use Paypal to purchase a top-up card for Telus Mobility?. And what about Rogers or Bell?.

One day, I was searching for a way to purchase a Telus Mobility Prepaid Top-Up card, with only Paypal. Every where I looked, I could not find a place to do this. I had lost my debit card and I could only purchase stuff online using Paypal.
The first place I looked was on eBay, where Paypal is strongly supported, since some sellers like to sell prepaid cards once in awhile. Unfortunately even after finding a $50 card for sale, the individual selling it was not around to email me the code, but it wasn’t a waste of money because I knew I could just use the balance on my cell phone later on.
I only needed to activate an old phone on an old number so I could receive a text from a friend, that I had lost the number for. It was urgent for me to get a top up card, but I could also live without it too, it wasn’t life or death.
So in the end, I realized, if I had no way of getting to the store, and only had my debit card, (I mention this because this applies to those out there who are just looking for a credit-card free way of getting a Telus Mobility prepaid card, you can also use just your Interac debit card with Telus online).
Just log into your account and find the Top Up section in your account, it gives you an option for Interac. As for using Paypal to top up your account, eBay seems to be the only way so far, unfortunately. I guess that also leaves us with the option to also buy a top up card from a gas station, ranging from $10-$25-$50.
