Fractal Design Focus G Mid Tower Computer Case ATX Review

So here’s the case that I decided to get for my main computer build, during the time I was looking for a suitable case, I was looking on the internet for something that still had at least two optical drive bays and this one had it, and even a windowed side panel!. The best part of it is the two fans at the front which I obviously replaced with two RGB fans (they were not cheap!). I will be completely honest with you, I actually bought a display model of the Blue Fractal Design Focus G case at a computer store in Canada and I ended up getting rid of it because of personal reasons, though I know, I should of kept it, it was a pretty nice case. I do not regret getting the white case though!, it looks stylish from the outside and holds everything I wanted to put into it for a $1400 gaming PC build. I really wish I made a video about it but I didn’t have the inspiration to do that at the time.

On Amazon.ca there is around 1804 reviews on this case like, I am sure there are other cases with more reviews but this one has a pretty good amount. What’s good to know about this case is that it is made from solid Steel, but of course with some plastic parts but so far my case has held itself together. It’s also got the Silent Series LL White LED Fans, but I took them out and replaced them with RGB fans. The full length graphics card support was a must have, though the card I ended up buying was the (MSI Gaming GeForce GTX 1650 128-Bit 4GB) which fit in there no problem and leaving tons of space for other parts. 

With is supporting USB 3.0 that was a huge bonus and meant I didn’t need to plug anything into the back of the computer, I could just use the front USB ports. And I swear that if this case did not have a tempered glass window, I probably would not have bought it, I’m just all about having a windowed case and it means a lot to be able to see what I put inside the case. Another great bonus about this case is the fact that it comes in a few different colors, being Black, Red, White and Blue. It seems that it is indeed a best seller from the reviews I’ve seen on all the sites it’s listed on and has a good amount of sales ever since it was released.

And if you ever seen this case going for over $100 CAD, do NOT buy it because it’s still considered as a case that is being manufactured and is not discontinued, those ones that are that expensive are just scalpers that buy the cases for less and sell them for more. I believe a brand new case like this one should sell for $70 with free shipping, so look around on Google to see what the best price is and then make your purchase.
